At Fabulous Fun Rentals, we take pride in reserving high-quality games and event décor specifically for your event date. Because our inventory is limited and dates book quickly, please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before booking.

❌ No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, your event date, equipment, and staff availability are reserved exclusively for you. For this reason, we are unable to issue refunds for:

• Event cancellations

• Date changes

• Weather conditions

• No-shows

• Changes in event size or plans

🔄 Returns of Rental Equipment

All rental items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered, excluding normal wear.

Clients are responsible for:

• Loss, damage, or theft of rental items

• Returning all items to the same location they were delivered

• Ensuring items are ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time

Any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning needs, or misuse may result in charges deducted from the refundable damage deposit or billed separately.

💰 Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.

• Deposits are refunded after equipment is inspected and confirmed to be complete and undamaged

• Deductions may be made for damage, loss, theft, misuse, or excessive cleaning

The deposit is not a rental fee and does not apply toward the package price.

🎁 Added Value Instead of Refunds

While refunds are not offered, Fabulous Fun Rentals may provide added value when possible. This may include:

• Free additional games

• Complimentary upgrades

• Bonus add-ons

These offerings are provided at our discretion, are subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.

📝 Rental Agreement Requirement

All clients are required to read and agree to the full Rental Agreement before booking is finalized. By agreeing, clients acknowledge and accept all policies related to refunds, returns, liability, and equipment responsibility.

Bookings are not confirmed until:

• The rental agreement is acknowledged

• All required payments and deposits are received

Fabulous Fun Rentals

To ensure a smooth and successful event experience, please review our Delivery, Setup, and Breakdown policy carefully before booking.

📦 Delivery & Setup Fees

Delivery and setup services are not included in any package price.

Delivery and setup fees are determined based on:

• Event location and distance

• Number of rental items

• Event size and layout

• Venue access (stairs, elevators, parking, load-in distance, etc.)

All delivery and setup fees will be quoted and approved prior to booking confirmation.

🛠️ Setup Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Clear and safe access to the setup area

• Adequate space for games and equipment

• A suitable surface (indoor or outdoor)

• Setup location is ready at the scheduled time

Fabulous Fun Rentals reserves the right to delay or refuse setup if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or not as described. Additional fees may apply for delays caused by venue access issues or client unpreparedness.

⏱️ Breakdown & Pickup

Breakdown and pickup occur at the scheduled end time agreed upon during booking.

Clients must ensure:

• All games are accounted for

• Equipment is located at the original setup location

• Access is available for pickup at the scheduled time

Delays in access or equipment readiness may result in additional charges.

🕒 Extended Time

All rentals include a standard four (4) hour rental period.

• Additional time may be added as a paid add-on

• Requests for extended time must be made in advance

• Unauthorized use beyond the scheduled time may result in additional fees

🚫 Relocation & Use Restrictions

• Rental items may not be relocated from the original setup area

• Equipment may not be loaned, shared, or moved to another location

• All items must remain at the agreed-upon event site

Unauthorized relocation may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the damage deposit.

⚠️ Damage & Liability During Setup/Breakdown

Once equipment is delivered and set up, the Client assumes full responsibility for:

• Supervision

• Safe use

• Protection from damage or theft

Fabulous Fun Rentals is not responsible for damage caused by guests, weather, or venue conditions.

• Delivery and setup fees are non-refundable

• Fees apply regardless of event cancellation or early end time

• Services are subject to availability

📌 Agreement Requirement

By booking delivery and setup services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy and the Rental Agreement.

 

📝 FABULOUS FUN RENTALS

RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Fabulous Fun Rentals (“Company”) and the individual or organization booking rental equipment (“Client”).

By clicking to accept this Agreement, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.

1. Rental Equipment

Client agrees to rent the equipment selected during booking (“Equipment”), which may include games, event décor, interactive rentals, and accessories.
All Equipment remains the property of Fabulous Fun Rentals at all times.

2. Rental Period

All rentals include a standard four (4) hour rental period, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Additional time may be added as a paid add-on, subject to availability

• Extended time must be requested in advance

• Unauthorized use beyond the agreed rental period may result in additional charges

Rental start and end times will be confirmed prior to the event.

3. Assumption of Risk

Client understands that participation in games and use of rental equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, collisions, or property damage.

Client voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with the use of the Equipment.

4. Release of Liability

Client agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Fabulous Fun Rentals, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Use or misuse of rental equipment

• Participation in games or activities

• Injuries to guests or participants

• Property damage during the event

This release applies regardless of cause, including ordinary negligence.

5. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and defend Fabulous Fun Rentals against any claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the Client’s event, guests, or use of rental equipment.

6. Supervision & Safety

Client is fully responsible for:

• Proper supervision of all participants

• Ensuring equipment is used safely and as intended

• Enforcing safety rules and guidelines

Children must be supervised by adults at all times. Fabulous Fun Rentals does not provide attendants unless separately contracted.

7. Equipment Location, Use & Restrictions

Client agrees to the following:

• Equipment may not be relocated from the original setup location without written approval

• Equipment may not be loaned, shared, sub-rented, or used at another event

• All Equipment must remain at the agreed-upon location and be ready for pickup at that same location at the scheduled time

Client assumes responsibility for any loss, damage, misuse, or unauthorized relocation.

8. Theft or Unauthorized Sale

Theft, attempted sale, or unauthorized transfer of rental equipment will result in immediate action.

• Charges will be pressed to the fullest extent of the law

• Client will be permanently banned from renting from Fabulous Fun Rentals

• Client will be responsible for full replacement costs and any legal fees

9. Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.

The deposit will be returned after Equipment is inspected and confirmed to be complete and undamaged. Deductions may be made for damage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning, or misuse.

10. Delivery, Setup & Breakdown

Delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup services are not included in package pricing unless stated in writing.

Client agrees to provide:

• Clear access to the event location

• Adequate space for setup

• A safe and suitable environment

Fabulous Fun Rentals reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.

11. Weather & Outdoor Events

Client is responsible for monitoring weather conditions. Fabulous Fun Rentals is not liable for weather-related disruptions, cancellations, or damages.

Outdoor events should always have a backup plan.

12. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Once a booking is confirmed, the event date and equipment are reserved exclusively for the Client. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, weather, or changes in event plans.

13. Agreement Acknowledgment

By accepting this Agreement, Client certifies that:

• They are at least 18 years old

• They are authorized to enter this Agreement

• They have read and understood all terms

• They agree to be legally bound by this Agreement

Bookings are not confirmed until this Agreement is acknowledged and all required payments and deposits are received.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event takes place.
