Find answers to our most commonly asked questions so you can book your Fabulous Fun Rentals experience with confidence.

📦 What is included in a package?

Each package includes the number of games listed for that package level. Clients choose their games from the approved list for their package. Package pricing covers game rentals only.

⏱️ How long is the rental period?

All rentals include a standard four (4) hour rental period.

Additional time may be added as a paid add-on, subject to availability. Extended time must be requested in advance. Use of equipment beyond the agreed rental time without approval may result in additional charges.

🚚 Is delivery, setup, or breakdown included in the package price?

No. Delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup are not included in package pricing.

These services are quoted separately based on:

  • Location

  • Event size

  • Venue access and requirements

All fees will be clearly outlined before your booking is confirmed (at check out).

💰 Is there a refundable damage deposit?

Yes. A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.

The deposit is returned after the event once all equipment is inspected and confirmed to be returned in good condition. Deductions may be made for damage, loss, excessive cleaning, misuse, or missing items.

🔄 What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Once your booking is confirmed, your date and equipment are reserved exclusively for you. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, weather, or changes in event plans.

🎁 Do you ever offer free games, upgrades, or bonuses?

Yes. While refunds are not offered, we often provide added value when possible.

Depending on availability and event needs, Fabulous Fun Rentals may offer:

  • Free additional games

  • Free upgrades

  • Bonus add-ons

These offerings are not guaranteed, have no cash value, and are provided at our discretion.

 

🤝 Do you offer discount events or sponsorships?

Yes. We proudly support select:

  • Schools

  • Nonprofits

  • Community organizations

  • Youth-focused initiatives

Discounted events and sponsorships are limited, application-based, and subject to availability and approval.

🧒 Can Jumbo Chess or Jumbo Foosball be added to any package?

No.

  • Jumbo Chess and Jumbo Foosball are not available with any $300 package

  • They are:

    • Included in The Fabulous Fun Experience ($1,000)

    • Available as premium upgrades for Fabulous Fun Fest package ($500) only

 

🎯 Can I change my game selections?

Game selections may be adjusted before your event, based on availability. Final selections are confirmed closer to your event date.

 

🪑🎨 Do you offer event décor?

Yes. We offer a variety of event décor rentals to enhance your celebration.

Available décor options include:

  • Red carpet rentals

  • Backdrop backgrounds

  • Grass walls

  • Chair covers

  • Tablecloths

  • Additional décor items upon request

Décor pricing varies based on quantity, setup requirements, and event size.

 

🔤 Do you rent marquee letters?

Yes.

  • $25 per letter

  • Available with the purchase of a package only

  • Subject to availability

 

🌧️ What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

Outdoor events should always have a backup plan. Fabulous Fun Rentals is not responsible for weather-related disruptions, cancellations, or damages.

Weather concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

⏰ How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, as dates book quickly.

At minimum, we ask for at least one week’s notice. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if games and staff are available.

Availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.

 

🚫 Can I move, lend, or share the rental games?

No.

  • Rental games may not be relocated from the original setup location without written approval

  • Games may not be loaned, shared, sub-rented, or used at another event

  • All games must remain at the agreed-upon location and be ready for pickup at the same location and time agreed upon

 

🚔 What happens if equipment is stolen or sold?

Any theft, attempted sale, or unauthorized transfer of rental equipment will result in immediate action.

  • Charges will be pressed

  • Client will be permanently banned from renting from Fabulous Fun Rentals

  • Client will be responsible for full replacement costs and legal fees

 

📝 Do I have to read and agree to the rental agreement?

Yes. All clients are required to read and agree to the full rental agreement.

Before booking is finalized, clients must click to confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to the rental agreement, including:

  • Assumption of risk

  • Release of liability

  • Hold harmless and indemnification provisions

Fabulous Fun Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during use of rental equipment.

 

📌 Rental Agreement Requirement (Important)

Booking is not confirmed until:

  • The full rental agreement is acknowledged

  • All required payments and deposits are received

By agreeing to the rental agreement, clients accept full responsibility for the use and supervision of rental equipment.
