📝 FABULOUS FUN RENTALS
RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER
This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Fabulous Fun Rentals (“Company”) and the individual or organization booking rental equipment (“Client”).
By clicking to accept this Agreement, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.
1. Rental Equipment
Client agrees to rent the equipment selected during booking (“Equipment”), which may include games, event décor, interactive rentals, and accessories.
All Equipment remains the property of Fabulous Fun Rentals at all times.
2. Rental Period
All rentals include a standard four (4) hour rental period, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Additional time may be added as a paid add-on, subject to availability

Extended time must be requested in advance

Unauthorized use beyond the agreed rental period may result in additional charges
Rental start and end times will be confirmed prior to the event.
3. Assumption of Risk
Client understands that participation in games and use of rental equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, collisions, or property damage.
Client voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with the use of the Equipment.
4. Release of Liability
Client agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Fabulous Fun Rentals, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Use or misuse of rental equipment

Participation in games or activities
-
Injuries to guests or participants
-
Property damage during the event
This release applies regardless of cause, including ordinary negligence.
5. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and defend Fabulous Fun Rentals against any claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the Client’s event, guests, or use of rental equipment.
6. Supervision & Safety
Client is fully responsible for:

Proper supervision of all participants

Ensuring equipment is used safely and as intended

Enforcing safety rules and guidelines
Children must be supervised by adults at all times. Fabulous Fun Rentals does not provide attendants unless separately contracted.
7. Equipment Location, Use & Restrictions
Client agrees to the following:

Equipment may not be relocated from the original setup location without written approval

Equipment may not be loaned, shared, sub-rented, or used at another event
-
All Equipment must remain at the agreed-upon location and be ready for pickup at that same location at the scheduled time
Client assumes responsibility for any loss, damage, misuse, or unauthorized relocation.
8. Theft or Unauthorized Sale
Theft, attempted sale, or unauthorized transfer of rental equipment will result in immediate action.

Charges will be pressed to the fullest extent of the law

Client will be permanently banned from renting from Fabulous Fun Rentals

Client will be responsible for full replacement costs and any legal fees
9. Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.
The deposit will be returned after Equipment is inspected and confirmed to be complete and undamaged. Deductions may be made for damage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning, or misuse.
10. Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
Delivery, setup, breakdown, and pickup services are not included in package pricing unless stated in writing.
Client agrees to provide:
Fabulous Fun Rentals reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.
11. Weather & Outdoor Events
Client is responsible for monitoring weather conditions. Fabulous Fun Rentals is not liable for weather-related disruptions, cancellations, or damages.
Outdoor events should always have a backup plan.
12. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, the event date and equipment are reserved exclusively for the Client. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, weather, or changes in event plans.
13. Agreement Acknowledgment
By accepting this Agreement, Client certifies that:

They are at least 18 years old

They are authorized to enter this Agreement

They have read and understood all terms
-
They agree to be legally bound by this Agreement
Bookings are not confirmed until this Agreement is acknowledged and all required payments and deposits are received.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the event takes place.
